Initiated in 2006, our first built project in Armenia opens its doors with over 7,000 students enrolled.

After numerous propositions to re-animate secondary sites with the B.C.D., Solidere entrusts us with the rehabilitation of the iconic City Center ruin which sits on one of the most prominent sites in Beirut.

Concept approval by the developers. Conceived as a vertical resort, our proposal could be the first skyscraper with no peripheral envelope with open-air landings on landscaped plateaus.

Perhaps the most unusual program we have tackled to this date. Surramanraa (a women's only leisure facility) is a direct commission entrusted to us by a member of the Saudi Royal Family. The project spans on 7,000m2 of leisure activities including a Spa, retail outlets and a bookstore.

Construction of Plot # 7950 is complete. Our project was developed in close collaboration with local technicians and artisans who executed complex kinetic elements including 52 electrical engines used to open the roof structure and the to hoist the hydraulic platform of the reception balcony.

Our first intervention in Morocco is a land art project spread on 7 hectares of agricultural land. At its center is a 60m diameter disc hovering above the wheat field, used as an irrigation water reservoir that also serves as a pool. The project also includes several residential pavilions as well as other leisure facilities.

Submittal of our multi-phased scheme for what is expected to be the most ambitious technological hub in Armenia. Its program is complementary to the Tumo Center inaugurated in 2011.

Commissioned by the AGBU the project is conceived as a progressive addition to the evolving social and cultural fabric of the city. Articulated as an extension to the existing public garden, the educational facilities are meant to be free of charge to all residents of Stepanakert.

Flagship of Metropolis Cinematheque and Theaters, the project is conceived as an urban sponge permeable on its peripheries to pedestrian traffic. The inhabited topography is articulated as a promenade linking the different levels of the bordering streets to the 110m long needle resting upon it.

Our first commission in the UAE, is located in the Business Bay District of Dubai. It is conceived as a succession of over-hanging terraces, waterfalls and pools protruding from its facades. It is also an attempt to break away from the prevailing office tower typologies that shape Dubai's desperately loud skyline.
