Plot # 6083 is situated on plots # 6083 and 6084 in Ouyoun Al Siman near the mountain resort of Faraya in Kfardebian. Located on a 1,088-square-meter lot at an altitude of 1,842 meters, its sloped site is 52 meters long and 21 meters wide in average. It is enclosed on three sides by the mountain road, making it accessible from its lower northwestern limit and its 6.5-meter higher southeastern limit.The project consists of three units, each containing two apartments. The site is divided into two landscaped platforms; the lower one serving the lower apartments, and the higher one at +3.3m serving the upper apartments. The lower apartments’ entrances are oriented northwest and located at the -3.2m level, along with covered parking and a sky-lit guest room. The higher +0m reference level houses living, dining and kitchen areas.

The upper apartments’ entrances are oriented southeast and are accessed at the +3.3m level, which also comprises covered parking and a reception space with access to a garden. The higher +6.5m level houses living, dining and kitchen spaces, as well as a guest room; whereas its mezzanine accommodates three bedrooms under an inclined ceiling.

Green separations provide each apartment with its private part of the landscape. Although the individual pavilions are covered in a natural stone envelope with their northwestern and southeastern facades covered in a black Alucobond frame, the ensemble of the three pavilions is encased in a light structure in wood and greenery, joining them volumetrically while preserving their independence. This structure provides space for balconies and vertical landscaping.
