Flagship of Metropolis Cinematheque and Theaters, the project is conceived as an urban sponge permeable on its peripheries to pedestrian traffic. The inhabited topography is articulated as a promenade linking the different levels of the bordering streets to the 110m long needle resting upon it.

Concept approval by the developers. Conceived as a vertical resort, our proposal could be the first skyscraper with no peripheral envelope with open-air landings on landscaped plateaus.

Our proposal attempts to reconcile the private marina with the public corniche. The outcome of the competition is not announced.

The Sharq International Financial Center is the largest most ambitious financial complex in Kuwait to date. The project is to house among other programs the Kuwait Stock Exchange, as well as a business hotel and a financial center.

Our first free-standing structure catering to the banking sector, also fourth temporary structure built.

Initially designed in 2005, the KFTZ is inaugurated. It is the first office park in the Kuwait free trade zone, home of the Alargan HQ among other major Kuwaiti and international corporations.

Construction has started on the Quasar Tower site. Initially planned as a hotel, the project has been converted to a set of residential towers. With 50m of street frontage on the main artery accessing the BCD and reaching over 140m in height, it will be our tallest built structure in Beirut to date.

After numerous propositions to re-animate secondary sites with the B.C.D., Solidere entrusts us with the rehabilitation of the iconic City Center ruin which sits on one of the most prominent sites in Beirut.

Rehabilitation of the Pfefferberg complex which includes the restoration of a historical German brewery and 21 industrial structures (14,000m²) in addition to the grafting of 7000m² of new buildings onto the existing fabric.

Construction of Plot # 7950 is complete. Our project was developed in close collaboration with local technicians and artisans who executed complex kinetic elements including 52 electrical engines used to open the roof structure and the to hoist the hydraulic platform of the reception balcony.

Hovering over the summit of one of the highest peaks of Mount Lebanon, the house develops along a circular path with a fully retractable facade. In its core, burried underground, is an eighteen meters diameter spherical water reservoir, that could be accessible for swimming.

Our first intervention in Morocco is a land art project spread on 7 hectares of agricultural land. At its center is a 60m diameter disc hovering above the wheat field, used as an irrigation water reservoir that also serves as a pool. The project also includes several residential pavilions as well as other leisure facilities.

Our largest development to date, located on the shore of southern Italy, the Santa Cesarea Masterlan spans over 1,5km².

Our first commission in the UAE, is located in the Business Bay District of Dubai. It is conceived as a succession of over-hanging terraces, waterfalls and pools protruding from its facades. It is also an attempt to break away from the prevailing office tower typologies that shape Dubai's desperately loud skyline.

Construction starts on plots 1342 and 1343. The 20 floors high edifice will house apartments laid out on stretched narrow floor plates of 35x12m with multiple exposures on all four orientations as well as outdoor balcony landings on all floors.

A cultural center is to be built on the ruins of the house of Abu Khalil Qabbani's house. Qabbani is widely known in the Arab world for his pioneering works in theater and performance art.
