Our first intervention in Morocco is a land art project spread on 7 hectares of agricultural land. At its center is a 60m diameter disc hovering above the wheat field, used as an irrigation water reservoir that also serves as a pool. The project also includes several residential pavilions as well as other leisure facilities.

Our first commission in the UAE, is located in the Business Bay District of Dubai. It is conceived as a succession of over-hanging terraces, waterfalls and pools protruding from its facades. It is also an attempt to break away from the prevailing office tower typologies that shape Dubai's desperately loud skyline.

S.S.H. International teams up with us to design the largest private sector development in Kuwait, with a total built up area of over 350,000m². The project includes two residential towers, a shopping mall, a hotel, and a private hospital.

Housed in a succession of topographic floor-plates that define a terraced mount of over 15m of altitude, a cinema complex along with retail spaces will be the base of a high-rise development that will include a hotel tower and office buildings.

Hovering over the summit of one of the highest peaks of Mount Lebanon, the house develops along a circular path with a fully retractable facade. In its core, burried underground, is an eighteen meters diameter spherical water reservoir, that could be accessible for swimming.

Construction starts on plots 1342 and 1343. The 20 floors high edifice will house apartments laid out on stretched narrow floor plates of 35x12m with multiple exposures on all four orientations as well as outdoor balcony landings on all floors.

Our third intervention on the Zorah Development, a project by Solidere International. It comprises 60 residential units, leisure activities linked to the planned beach club as well as a retail strip appending to the numerous hotels and residential developments included in the masterplan.

Initially designed in 2005, the KFTZ is inaugurated. It is the first office park in the Kuwait free trade zone, home of the Alargan HQ among other major Kuwaiti and international corporations.
