WorkAUDITORIUM Lecture Series - Architecture and Power
ConferencesOur first intervention in Morocco is a land art project spread on 7 hectares of agricultural land. At its center is a 60m diameter disc hovering above the wheat field, used as an irrigation water reservoir that also serves as a pool. The project also includes several residential pavilions as well as other leisure facilities.
WorkOur third intervention on the Zorah Development, a project by Solidere International. It comprises 60 residential units, leisure activities linked to the planned beach club as well as a retail strip appending to the numerous hotels and residential developments included in the masterplan.

Initially designed in 2005, the KFTZ is inaugurated. It is the first office park in the Kuwait free trade zone, home of the Alargan HQ among other major Kuwaiti and international corporations.
WorkCommissioned by the AGBU the project is conceived as a progressive addition to the evolving social and cultural fabric of the city. Articulated as an extension to the existing public garden, the educational facilities are meant to be free of charge to all residents of Stepanakert.
WorkSubmittal of our multi-phased scheme for what is expected to be the most ambitious technological hub in Armenia. Its program is complementary to the Tumo Center inaugurated in 2011.
WorkNovember Talks 2012: Positions on Contemporary Architecture
ConferencesConstruction has started on the Quasar Tower site. Initially planned as a hotel, the project has been converted to a set of residential towers. With 50m of street frontage on the main artery accessing the BCD and reaching over 140m in height, it will be our tallest built structure in Beirut to date.
WorkApproval of our residential scheme, part of a larger masterplan promoted by Solidere. The development includes projects by Herzog & de Meuron among other local and international architectural studios.
WorkFirst presentation of our intervention in the general masterplan of the Ajman Resort combining works of Shigeru Ban and Piero Lissoni.
WorkConstruction starts on plot 1282. The project features open façades along the totality of its 410m site perimeter. This is the first project to be built in a predominantly agricultural zone of Beirut which is undergoing fast development in the absence of any regulating masterplan.

ConferencesOne of Libya's most extravagant projects, the Sebha hub spans over 5km horizontally. It is commissioned by the son of the King of the Kings of Africa as a gateway to the continent.
WorkConstruction starts on Plot 1072. With 13,000 m² of BUA, the residential building reaches a height of 100m and overlooks Beirut Central District, the port and the coastal area that stretches north of Beirut.
WorkKhoury meets with H.E. Minister of Tourism of the Sultanate of Oman and gets approval upon the proposed design for the resort to be built in the reserve of Al Khayran. The project is also endorsed by Mr. Singh Oberoi, chairman of Oberoi Group appointed as operator of the resort.

ConferencesHovering over the summit of one of the highest peaks of Mount Lebanon, the house develops along a circular path with a fully retractable facade. In its core, burried underground, is an eighteen meters diameter spherical water reservoir, that could be accessible for swimming.

WorkA cultural center is to be built on the ruins of the house of Abu Khalil Qabbani's house. Qabbani is widely known in the Arab world for his pioneering works in theater and performance art.
